Getting trained from parents and peers, regarding all aspects of trading business we started Kapilansh Dhatu Udyog Pvt. Ltd. In 1988. Training consisted all-round development of Manpower, Process & Continuous improvement for surpetition – surpassing competition. We grew surpassing all odds from the basic stage of 2 crores turnover in 1994 to 180 crores in 2010-11. Without updating on all fronts, a unit cannot stand competition. Our methods of Successor Development, Technological Adoption, Reducing & Recyling Waste, Developing New Products and sourcing for the customer as per his needs made us to develop and grow with new ideas and new products. Without the preservation of environment there is no CSR, planting trees, water harvesting, eliminating food wastage and promoting education to our team who were forced to leave education in the midst became our habit during the still on-going journey to growth.
Uplifting of masses has been a major success of the unit. This is evident by our achievements that the present Managing Director of the company joined the company as accounts officer. Moving further, most of the Dealers and distributors of the company were earlier sales executives and sales managers, working with the company. This helped us in two ways – mankind development & sincere marketing network. Training to workers, supervisors, office boys till managers and general managers is been done by various ways were done & process continues till date. This is a fuel to the organization’s all round development.
In short, the various challenges have been overcome by continuous improvement on all fronts – thus we say “get 1% better in all way”. Learn, unlearn, return, removing unwanted, sharpening the save made us crackpot to approach for Jackpot of Development. This is what was taught to us and we have been passing to the generations joining hands with us as the family grows and hence, we grow.
